EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - Non-profit Healthcare Organization in Gwinnett County
My client, a non-profit healthcare organization in Peachtree Corners, is searching for an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to oversee the daily operations, management, and supervision of staff within the organization. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, coordinating key activities, and ensuring the effective functioning of all aspects of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and consultation to senior management and department heads on operational, clinical, and personnel matters, resolving issues to achieve optimal outcomes.
Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate all operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze operational data, assess current policies and procedures, and recommend improvements for enhanced performance.
Participate in employee evaluations, budget preparation, and staff discipline outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Review, recommend, and facilitate operational proposals, pre-hire documentation, policies, procedures, forms, protocols, and financial reports, including expense and capital expenditures.
Foster strong communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, medical examiners' offices, hospitals, and other professionals.
Engage with relevant external organizations, building partnerships and ensuring effective networking.
Ensure positive communication and maintain strong working relationships with related healthcare entities.
Lead quality assessment and performance improvement activities to support continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
A four-year medical degree is preferred, or 3-4 years of relevant job-related experience.
Healthcare or related industry experience is strongly preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of operational management and healthcare practices.
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively oversee and manage daily operations within the organization.
