We have an outstanding career for opportunity for anAccounting Managerto join a leading Company located in thePeachtree City, GAsurrounding area.
Responsibilities :
Management of an operational accounting team
All necessary tasks within the scope of management (development of personnel as well as the operational and procedural framework conditions)
Independent participation in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of the respective company with all necessary individual tasks (Variance analysis on actuals, Assisting with month-end close, and Review results)
Independently taking on special tasks when converting to USGAAP/IFRS
Independent examination of complex business relationships and issues as part of a consulting function
Participation in various special topics (e.g., projects)
Initiating and participating in the optimization of financial processes
Application of methods and instruments of financial and investment planning and preparation of planning calculations
Ensuring effective communication with internal and external interfaces and partners
Basic Hiring Criteria :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position in an industrial environment with management responsibility
Minimum 5 years of general ledger or audit experience
Minimum 3-4 years in a leadership role
Minimum 3-4 years in Fixed Assets systems
SAP experience a plus
