Scope and General Purpose of Job:
Assist Chef de Cuisine in the running of the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of outlets and banquets, following the hotel’s standards and financial goals.
To ensure that culinary activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
Qualifications:
What we are looking for:
Experienced working in high-end restaurants as a Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie ready to step up to the next position.
Creative & passionate by nature, and someone who keeps up with new trends
Focused on quality and consistency with a keen eye for detail
Hand on in-depth knowledge and skills in BBQ or Grill restaurants with a creative and modern twist.
Positive outlook & team player with good communication
