SAP P2P Compliance Specialist (Data Processing Enablement) in Pasig City, Philippines

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a member of the Procure to Pay team, you will support the Data Processing Enablement (DPE), analysis and compliance activities within the supply chain globally given by the European Commission. You will coordinate a sub-team and act as back-up for team lead or manager.

  • Ensure the completion and quality checks of DPE-related questionnaires and requirements

  • Participate on hiring process

  • Handling of inquiries from end users, line of business, stakeholders, and external

  • Communicate with sub-team and across other teams first point of contact for management and for team members

  • Process de-escalation

  • Lead for operational projects

  • Monitoring and coordinating workload for a sub-team

  • Driving knowledge management and automations

  • Coordination of newcomer onboarding

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You can actively communicate in foreign languages with various stakeholders (written and spoken English is required, other language is an advantage)

  • You have knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • You have proven experience in projects or implementations

  • You are ready to work and coordinate virtual and intercultural team

  • You welcome changes and are ready to participate on our finance transformation journey

  • You like to participate in problem solving initiatives with innovative approach

  • You have qualities of a team player that shares responsibilities and tasks

  • Preferably 3 years or more experience within finance, procurement, due diligence, audit, or business operations (SAP GUI, MDG-s tools)

  • You have a strong grasp of code of conduct, business ethics policies and current compliance practices
