Application Specialist (HR Solutions - Foundation and Insights )

Hybrid- Ortigas, Pasig City

12-month Contract Based role

Are you interested to work as an Application Specialist (HR Solutions)? This is a 12-months contract based (maternity cover) role supportingsolution design, advisory services and optimizing architectural design across supported HR solutions and applications within SuccessFactors.

What is the Job all about?

This role will support the implementation of HR solutions within SuccessFactors, mainly within Employee Central. This is a temporary role to support, customize, and be part of the implementation of HR solutions to support the business and facilitate continuous growth in business efficiency and usage of the core applications in SAP SuccessFactors and other integrated applications.

This role will report to Senior Manager of IS HR Solutions, who is the direct line manager. The role will also work in close collaboration with IT colleagues in the department “IS HR Solution”, located globally, but mainly in Denmark and Manila. As an Application Specialist in ISHR, you will also work closely with the business HR, as the organisational setup is based on product teams together with business HR.

This is a global position working across other parts of the organization. This role will be based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Your main responsibilities:

• Development, implementation and maintenance of SuccessFactors solutions, mainly within Employee Central, in accordance with IT-architectural principles and guidelines

• Provide consultancy, advice and best practice regarding HR IT solutions

• Support the HR solutions by handling support tickets

• Ensure Implementation of continuous business improvement requests to support the business growth and efficiency

• Involvement in testing and implementation of new functionalities in connection with solution upgrades

• Participate in projects within HR area including implementation projects related to our product team Foundation & Insights solutions

• Contribute to shaping the roadmap for the future and execute it and drive development and deployment of existing and new solutions.

Key Success Factors

• Help control the support of HR solutions by focusing on SLA and quality to enable a good satisfaction score

• Deliver quality HR solutions by collaborating with the business and ensure adherence to standard Grundfos solutions and guidelines

• Use technical expertise and skills with solid understanding of the business and collaborate with relevant partners across IT as well as business to deliver the right solutions.

• Successful implementation of HR solutions according to roadmap

• Close cooperation with colleagues across IT and business

• Taking ownership of assignments

• Be part of creating the new agile way of working in Product Teams for the HR solutions

Your background:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent – not a must

• Relevant experience as an HR IT Consultant (3-5 years) from a global/international organization

• Good knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, preferably Employee Central or similar platforms

• Knowledge of downstream HR systems

• Work experience from a global/international organization

• Strong understanding of HR value chains and processes
