Job Title: Fabricator/Machine Builder
Job Description
Our company is on the hunt for a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator. The job involves laying out, cutting, fitting, measuring, and welding metals to create the desired shape or object. This role requires constant inspection and testing of welds and equipment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, has an analytical mind, possesses strong organizational skills, and has the ability to prioritize tasks. The ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness is crucial.
Hard Skills
MIG and Stick welding experience
Advanced Fabrication
Knowledge of various welding techniques and tools
Ability to use a variety of industrial tools and equipment
Shop math and mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of industry safety practices
Ability to operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and cranes
Ability to climb ladders up to heights of 20'
Industrial machinery mechanical skills

Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Brookpark, Ohio. 1st shift role. $25-30/hr based on experience.
Work Environment
This position is based in our two separate facilities in the Cleveland Area.
