Duties: For Montage Deer Valley, LLC d/b/a Montage Deer Valley, Park City, Utah

· Perform designated opening and closing duties of the butcher shop

· Keep walk-ins clean and organized

· Receive products, proper storage and rotation of all products

· Maintain a clean work area in the butcher shop and all other operating areas of kitchens

· Prep, prepare, and execute all menu items to specification of the Chef

· Follow all sanitation principles and procedures.

Requirements:

· 24 months experience as cook

· Culinary experience in a luxury resort setting

Hours: 40+ hours per week
