Austin | | | | Avenue STE 105, | | | | Denison, Texas | | | | | | | | Job Description: | | | | | | | | Assists in the | | | | administration and | | | | overall supervision | | | | of project safety and | | | | accident and fire | | | | protection programs | | | | to maintain a safe | | | | and healthy work | | | | environment. | | | | | | | | | | | | Functional | | | | Requirements: | | | | Conducts regular | | | | walk-through | | | | inspections of | | | | construction areas. | | | | Identifies, | | | | documents, and | | | | recommends | | | | resolutions of | | | | hazardous or | | | | potentially hazardous | | | | conditions and | | | | follows through to | | | | ensure that | | | | corrections have been | | | | made. | | | | Documents and | | | | investigates all | | | | accidents, safety | | | | violations and other | | | | unsafe conditions or | | | | activities. | | | | Compiles data, | | | | photographs, etc. and | | | | prepares all | | | | pertinent forms and | | | | reports according to | | | | corporate procedures | | | | and federal, state, | | | | and local regulations | | | | associated with | | | | accidents. | | | | Issues various entry | | | | permits (i.e., to | | | | confined spaces) as | | | | required. | | | | Assists in emergency | | | | rescues as required. | | | | Assists in | | | | maintaining fire | | | | protection and | | | | grounding systems. | | | | Assists in | | | | controlling hazardous | | | | working conditions | | | | and unsafe employee | | | | activities through | | | | interfacing with | | | | m | | | | anagement/supervisory | | | | personnel. | | | | Participates in | | | | developing and | | | | conducting personnel | | | | safety training | | | | programs. | | | | Perform additional | | | | assignments per | | | | supervisor's | | | | direction. | | | | | | | | Qualification | | | | Standards: | |
