The Clinic Nurse ( (LPN) works as part of the care team and assist the Physicians and Nurse Practitioners in the provision of the primary health care. The nurse provides direct patient services as well as performing specifically designated independent procedures. The nurse delivers exceptional care to the customers of 1st Choice Healthcare utilizing the nursing process of assessment , planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation, within the scope of their LPN license. Attendance is an essential job function.
