Stanley Black and Decker Key Account Coordinator in Panama City, Panama

POSITION BASED IN TRINIDAD & TOBAGO

The Key Account Coordinator, Trinidad and Tobago is responsible for driving the brands in our portfolio by identifying product marketing opportunities according to customer segment, with the objective of ensuring optimal distribution and availability of our products in the market where we operate.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet commercial objectives by customer, channel, country, region and brand.

  • Identify customer needs in order to make proposals to maximize the commercial relationship.

  • Inform customers of new products or categories that provide business opportunities.

  • Inform your customers about substitutions, technical changes or innovations made in our products or brands/SBU and the added value it brings to your business and the consumer.

  • Complement with the Demand Accelerator Coordinator (DX) the Sell out processes to create better Sell in strategies.

  • Know and assertively manage the assortment of our brands.

  • Analyze market information, in terms of brand participation, imports, sell in.

  • Know the end user profile of each brand/SBU.

  • Comply with the company's commercial policies, defining parameters per client that guarantee market growth and timely collection of sales made.

  • Ensure the correct commercialization of our brands in terms of: price, image and availability (MSRP application).

  • Analyze inventories by brand, category and product to promote their timely sale and meet rotation targets.

  • Request and follow up on credit and debit notes requested in order to register the period or month they apply.

  • Know the commercial agreements by customer, rebate by brand and volume, cooperation and strategic agreements; follow up on these agreements and define actions for compliance.

  • Manage and maximize cooperative investment funds (COOP).

  • Alignment meetings with Regional team, Cluster Manager.

  • Prepare management reports.

  • Process credit notes related to promotional activities (COOP).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Sales, Marketing (Preferred).

  • 2 to 3 years of experience or more.

  • Preferably with knowledge of industrial, construction, hardware or similar sector (plus).

  • Point of sale priority.

  • SAP management (preferred).

  • Power Bi knowledge is a plus.

  • Intermediate to advanced office skills (Excel/Power Point).

  • Customer service.

  • Negotiation skills.

  • Relationship building.

  • Data management.

  • Advanced English.

Additional

  • Willingness to travel locally.

  • Own vehicle (required).
