job summary:
As a Software Engineer focused on Qt/QML development, you will design, develop and maintain software components and user-interface applications for the company's products. This role reports to the Director of Engineering and works closely with the research and development team.
On site role in Palo Alto, CA.

responsibilities:
Develop and maintain touch-based user-interface applications utilizing QT/QML and deployed to an embedded Linux platform.
Collaborate with software and firmware engineers to define the interaction between subsystems and components. Work closely with the product, engineering, and science teams to define the scope, acceptance criteria, and planning of software features.
Work to maintain an approved internal quality system that meets the requirements of various regulatory authorities for medical devices.
Identify and bridge technical gaps and help resolve technical conflicts
qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 3 years of experience
Education: Bachelors (required)
