Job Description
Seeking an experienced Estimator to create comprehensive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects in both residential and light commercial sectors. The role involves surveying potential sites, verifying vendor and subcontractor estimates, and maintaining client confidentiality. You will be responsible for developing estimates and bids, completing take-offs, and ensuring timely completion of estimates. Your tasks will also include interpreting plans and specifications, identifying opportunities for value engineering, and preparing accurate job cost proposals.
