Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the consolidation of subsidiary monthly financials, analyzing financial data, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in GAAP, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do…

  • Assist with consolidation of subsidiary monthly financials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards

  • Assist with the review of subsidiary results, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement

  • Ad hoc reporting on consolidated company, department activities and industry and customer trends

  • Assistance on projects, including process improvements and control initiatives, as well as system implementations

  • Fostering your professional development and technical skills

  • All other duties as assigned

Who we are looking for…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

  • Five to seven years of relevant work experience, preferably in public accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and sound analytical skills. A CPA license is preferred.

  • Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

  • Experience working within financial systems with experience in SAP, Hyperion Smart View and Essbase a plus.

  • Experience working with Google Drive and Smartsheets is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with attention to detail, individually and collaboratively in a team, meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize workflow.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals at all levels and areas within the organization.
