National Dentex Sales Operations Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
Description
Join NDX National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Sales Ops Analyst. This is a remote position.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Sales Performance:Collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. Provide meaningful insights into sales performance and Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize performance.
Sales Forecasting:Collaborating with Corporate Account Directors to forecast future sales based on historical data and market intelligence. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts model utilizing sales pipeline information. Collaborate with the National Accounts team to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
Reporting & Dashboards:Create and maintain regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and KPI tracking tools using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and other data analytic tools. Present findings in a clear and actionable format for various stakeholders.
Sales Strategy Development:Assist in the development and refinement of sales strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior. Provide recommendations on targeting, pricing strategies, and market opportunities.
Sales Process Optimization:Identify inefficiencies or gaps within the sales process and propose solutions to streamline workflows, improve sales productivity, and increase overall team performance. Work with cross-functional teams to onboard new DSO, GPO, and University customers.
Collaboration:Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams to align data insights with business goals. Ensure that all stakeholders have access to up-to-date and relevant sales data.
Ad-Hoc Analysis & Projects:Support ad-hoc data analysis and special projects as required by leadership to support sales goals and business initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related field. Prior experience in a sales-focused organization is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:Strong expertise in data analytics tools such as Excel (advanced functions and formulas), SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, and other data visualization and reporting tools.
Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Business & Sales Acumen:Understanding of sales processes, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Familiarity with sales forecasting techniques and sales cycle management. Knowledge of industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to simplify complex concepts and data in an easy-to-understand manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to Detail:High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis, reporting, and sales forecasting.
Project Management:Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Teamwork and Collaboration:Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, managers, and cross-functional departments. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Willingness to share knowledge and support others.
Preferred Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience with advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, and other data visualization and reporting tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales-related platforms.
Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and reporting methodologies.
