Global Trade Compliance Specialist- Contractor

Job Description

The Global Trade Compliance Specialist drives project milestones and key objectives through effective task management and administrative execution at operational, tactical, and strategic levels. Provides transactional and technical support in import/export regulatory requirements, internal and external customer service, and organizational initiatives. Independent and team contributor to global operations as well as cross-functional collaborations. Enhances information management to maximize access to information and strengthen the overall Global Trade Compliance Program. Delivers insights on resource allocation to increase overall team productivity and close customer service gaps.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, Some College Preferred

  • 3-5 years professional experience in an analyst or specialist role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems

  • Competencies in project support, records management, customer service, training and presentation delivery, process management/improvement, problem resolution, auditing, and research/analysis

  • Strong prioritization skills, ability to create and meet project milestones, adaptable in fast-paced environments, detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communications
