Description
We are currently seeking a Call Center Specialist with 1-2 years experience. This role is ideal for a motivated and energetic individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling high volumes of incoming calls, accurately dispatch services, and perform other duties as necessary. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction are key characteristics we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Efficiently dispatch services according to customer requests and issue resolution.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to deliver expert advice and solutions.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a business-focused major preferred).
1-2 years of experience in a dispatch or relevant customer service role.
Strong phone handling, active listening and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in high-pressure situations with a calm and organized approach.
Knowledge of relevant software, tools, and strategies to enhance customer service delivery.
