Responsibilities
In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, a CLS I performs routine and complex testing in multiple areas of the clinical laboratory in a timely manner with a moderate amount of direct superviosion. Monitors and evaluates quality control for testing preformed. Performs routing maintenance and repair on instrumnets utilized.
Qualifications
CA CLS License required
Completed accredited training program in medical technology
Ability to work with a moderate amount of direct supervision. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to be an effective team member, and work with many publics across all departments. Demonstrate a basic knowledge of principles, precedures and techniques of clinical laboratory analysis. Ability to develop new skills and knowledge and/or ability to provide routine repair and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation.
Pay Range
$45.36 - $46.49 /hour
