Job Title: Quality SupervisorJob Description
The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day activities in the manufacturing plant and QC Lab. They will supervise both QC Techs and Sanitation Technicians to ensure compliance with raw and finished products. The supervisor is also responsible for reviewing daily manufacturing and QC records to ensure compliance before product is released, managing the sample retention program, and maintaining laboratory related Food Safety documents.
