Rise Modular Sheathing & Decking in Owatonna, Minnesota

Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors.

Job Summary

The sheathing/decking installer will apply OSB sheeting on the modular units. They will prepare and install windows within a group setting.  

Responsibilities:

  • Perform sheathing, window, and air/vapor barrier tasks with moderate supervision, demonstrating an ability to follow detailed instructions. 

  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production standards and improve workflow. 

Tasks: 

  • Measure, cut, and install sheathing materials accurately and efficiently, with limited guidance. 

  • Install windows and apply air/vapor barriers with attention to detail, ensuring proper sealing and adherence to specifications.

  • Utilize tools and measuring instruments proficiently, ensuring minimal rework and consistent quality. 

  • Competence in reading blueprints and interpreting air/vapor barrier application, with fewer than 2 minor errors per task on average. 

  • Independently completes tasks 80% of the time.

  • Consistently meets safety and quality standards. 

Salary Based on Experience

  • Level 1: $17-$20 per hour

  • Level 2: $20-$23 per hour 

  • Level 3: $23-$25 per hour 

  • Hiring Manager will determine your level based off experience, skillset, and knowledge
