Work Schedule, Hours per week: M-F, 8a-5p, 40 hours per week
Pay Range: \$47,300 - \$61,200 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary: Responsible for supervising the Johnson County Community College (JCCC) Continuing Education (WDCE) Registration office. Oversee the registration staff and registration of roughly 18,000 enrollments per year, confirm that registration process and procedures are being followed, reconcile revenue and accounts receivable, provide customer service to internal and external customers, issue transcripts, and verify attendance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent higher education experience.
- One year experience working in a registration office or related area.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and program-specific computer applications with the ability to learn new systems and train others.
- Basic financial accounts payable/receivable knowledge.
- Ability to lead and coach team members.
- Ability to think critically and creatively resolve problems.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, tact, diplomacy, and compassion.
- Ability to work with diverse personalities and maintain effective working relationships.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and processes.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Hire, onboard, and supervise WDCE Registration staff.
- Resolve internal and external customer problems and complaints.
- Oversee the reconciliation and balancing of revenue accounts and third-party billing.
- Confirm all registrations and financials are entered correctly.
- Test and troubleshoot the registration system.
- Answer questions, resolve problems, troubleshoot student access issues, and review unique enrollment requests.
- Maintain compliance with institutional, state, and federal policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate team members\' delivery of customer service and provide feedback when needed.
