Job Title: Repacker
Job Description
As a repacker, you will be responsible for repacking products into smaller bins, utilizing a computer and RF Scanner. This role requires basic computer skills and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
Responsibilities
Repack products into smaller bins
Use a computer and RF Scanner
Perform repetitive physical work
Ensure inventory accuracy using scan guns
Participate in general labor tasks including unloading and packaging
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of warehouse experience or a solid work history
Basic computer skills
Experience with RF Scan guns
Detail-oriented
Ability to lift 35 lbs
Additional Skills & Qualifications
RF Scan gun experience is preferred
Must wear steel-toed shoes/boots at all times

Work Environment
You will be working in a very big and clean warehouse that is well-lit and highly organized. The role offers various shifts including: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm) with overtime potential (5am-3:30pm, 50-hour weeks) and possible Saturday shifts. 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) with overtime on Saturdays and during the week. Weekend shift (6am-4:30pm Saturday/Sunday).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Otsego, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $21.00/hr.
