Kuehne+Nagel Sea Logistics Operational Key Account Specialist in other, China
You will be joining our Operational Key Account team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order
management and sea transportation management solutions.
Your Role
Your primary objective is to execute our business strategy by minimizing operational risk and operating costs whilst optimizing service delivery and profits across the region.
You will do this in close collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives
Your Responsibilities
To build, empower and inspire a high performing team.
To develop and maintain strong, trust based relationships with the client and internal stakeholders.
To enable team to deliver against operational commitments and development plans.
To ensure audit program governance and maturity while ensuring improvement plans are documented and delivered against.
To proactively participate in business reviews and ensure supply chain value roadmaps create mutual value.
To drive standardization and scalability of operational processes and control environments.
To translate structural/recurring issues and risks into functional requirement specifications for the development of new systems, processes, controls, training, policies and facilities.
To act as support to projects and initiatives relating to improving customer acquisition, implementations, and product/system development.
Your Skills and Experiences
Your proven track record in leadership and focus on operational excellence along with your strong communication skills and customer focus approach will be key to your success.
