Senior Manager, HQ MR Planning & Operation (Oncology)
Position Summary
HQ MR プランニング＆オペレーション(オンコロジー担当)はヘマトロジー・オンコロジー事業本部の新製品戦略＆デジタルコミュニケーション統括本部に所属
全国レベルで1-way プロモーションと2-wayエンゲージメント活動を行い、
オンコロジービジネスの事業目標達成するために
デジタルツールを駆使し、ブランドチーム（マーケティング・オムニチャンネル等）戦略の遂行、
全国に展開しているTAS（Therapeutic Area Specialist）と緊密に連携し活動を実施します。
＊TASは他社ではMRと呼ばれることが多いです
Key Responsibilities
大きく3つの責務を持ちます: 「1-way プロモーションの実施」「2-way エンゲージメント活動」および「他部署との調整を含むデジタルコミュニケーション戦略の遂行」を担います
1-way プロモーションの実施: Inside Salesとも呼びます
本社に所属し1-way活動を集約して実施します
デジタルツール・Email・郵送等を使い分けて製品メッセージを発信し、TASおよびHQ MRの2-wayエンゲージメント活動につなげます
1-wayプロモーションから得られるHCPの反応データ（メール開封率、開封コンテンツ、質問票への回答等）を分析し、HCPが望む最適なコンテンツやチャネルをブランドチームに提言します
1-wayプロモーションが効率的に実施・改善できるよう、 社内ステークホルダー（マーケティング・オムニチャネル・IT・営業など）と連携します
2-wayエンゲージメント活動: HQ MR(本社 MR)とも呼びます
本社に所属し、疾患知識や製品メッセージをHCPに浸透させるための2-way エンゲージメント（リモート面談、Web説明会 等）を行います。この活動を通じ、HCPと継続的で強固な信頼関係を結びます
事業戦略に沿ってブランドチームや営業と合意したTarget HCP、ならびにBMSの将来を見据えたNon-target HCPを対象とし、デジタルツール等を活用して全国のHCPに対して活動を行います。
HQ MR活動から得られるデータ（面談コンテンツ、参加説明会、メール開封率 等）からHCPが望むコンテンツやチャネル等を分析し、TASやHQ MR自身の活動を最大化します
HQ MRの活動方針や成果について、ブランドリードや営業の責任者に対し提案や報告を行い、そのフィードバックを自身の活動に反映させビジネス全体の目標達成を推進します
これらの業務は、自立的に立案し遂行します。他のHQ MRとの連携も率先してリードします。
デジタルコミュニケーション戦略：他部署との調整を含む
1-wayプロモーションや2-way エンゲージメントの実施に際して必要な部署との調整を率先して行い、連携が取れた状態でこれらの活動が実施できるようにします
Brand Marketingと連携してデジタルキャンペーンを推進します。デジタルキャンペーン等を通じてHCPへ送付するメッセージや質問票等をHQ MRと連携して作成します。
MarketingやSalesのデジタライゼーションに向けたプロジェクトを推進します。オムニチャンネル戦略とも連携し、ステークホルダーやベンダーのマネジメントも行います。
疾患領域、製品、市場・競合環境、最新の治験・実臨床データ等を深く理解し、Medicalとも連携をして、最新の知見を踏まえたデジタルコミュニケーション戦略を立案・実施します。
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
医薬品業界で10年以上の経験
医薬品の営業あるいはマーケティング分野で5年以上の経験と実績
(望ましい)異なる地域/製品群/疾患領域の経験、主要な施設の担当経験（大学病院など）、KOLの担当経験
Qualification
自ら知識やスキルを求める人材
チームへの貢献により、その成果を最大化し、メンバを鼓舞できる人材
課題を明らかにするための分析・洞察力
口頭、書面、対人でのコミュニケーション能力
