Your Opportunity as the Technician-Frozen Handheld & Spreads Research & Development Team You will support all Frozen Handheld & Spreads R&D teams with iterative product prototyping, managing lab and Pilot Plant spaces, supporting our Quality and Safety Program, and performing various administrative duties. You will have daily interactions with team members, and you must have the ability to execute a broad range of technical tasks and adapt to changing priorities.In this role you will support process and product development teams and spaces. Location: Orrville, OH Corporate Offices In this role you will: Scale ingredients and batch formulas in lab and pilot plant spaces Perform analytical testing for lab and pilot plant batches Be the Area Owner of R&D spaces by being the single point of contact for any issues or concerns Cleaning, stocking, organizing, and managing maintenance Use various systems of information for completing work: inventory management system, Electronic Lab Notebook interface, SharePoint, and others Work with Quality and Safety Program owners to manage the application of R&D's programs in the lab and Pilot Plant spaces Perform established procedures and pilot plant work as directed with minimal supervision and identify ways to improve methods Perform sanitation in lab and pilot plant spaces Perform basic maintenance Perform various administrative activities such as shipping and receiving packages The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
