We are searching for a Payroll Coordinator for a local custom home builder in the Daytona Beach area. They will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for all employees, compliance and providing support for payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

What you'll do:
Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements
Maintain accurate records of employee data, including timekeeping, wages, deductions, and taxes
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, including pay discrepancies, tax withholding, and benefits deductions
Assist with the implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures
Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
Stay up-to-date on changes to payroll laws and regulations
Assist with payroll-related audits and provide documentation as required
