Hyatt Specialty Restaurant Manager - Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen in ORLANDO, Florida

Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of a full-service food and beverage outlet, including handling staffing, scheduling, and training. The role also requires planning and coordinating special events, ensuring compliance with service standards and operating procedures, and maintaining high levels of customer service and safety. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills in handling guest inquiries, complaints, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Driving a unique guest experience at our Michelin recommended restaurant

  • Leading the development of Marketing, promoting the restaurant and its key colleagues.

  • In-depth knowledge of Food and Beverage. Understanding of menu items, wine pairing as well as beverage and culinary trends to promote an enhanced guest experience.

  • Experienced in fostering a positive work environment driving a sense of teamwork amongst all stakeholders.

  • Ability to organize and manage special events, private parties, and large reservations.
