Job Summary:

ASE is looking for a Senior Product Manager to work in support of Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes a strategy that aligns with the mission and objectives.

  • Defines and maintains the roadmap for features, prioritizing initiatives based on potential to improve warfighter capabilities.

  • Leads the product development lifecycle from concept through ideation, design, and launch.

  • Works closely with teams across the organization, including data science, engineering, and UX/UI design to ensure successful feature implementation and go-to-market strategies.

  • Uses analytics to assess feature performance, gather user feedback, and make informed decisions about future enhancements.

  • Creates structured presentations illustrating key objectives, insights, and actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

  • Continuously gathers and analyzes user behavior to guide feature development and ensure the team remains a leader in tech.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years demonstrated experience launching and managing products.

  • A.S. or B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Product Design, or a similar field.

  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with a proven ability to turn insights into actionable product features.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage cross-functional projects and drive team success.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think creatively, take calculated risks, and thrive in an uncertain environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of discussing complex technical ideas clearly and persuasively across varied audiences.

  • Progressive experience leading the development and implementation of new products and product strategies from concept to implementation.

  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to independently engage and drive partner relationships.
