JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for hardware troubleshooting
Perform design trade studies evaluating cost, weight, packaging and power benefits.
Design work includes complex electronics chassis, printed wiring board (PWB), circuit card assembly (CCA) design and cable harnesses.
Coordinate with team members across engineering disciplines.
Report to the HW IPT Lead to generate harness concepts for subsystem interfaces, generate wiring diagram, generate Development Parts List (DPL), support component procurement, and integration support.
Work with a diverse team of internal organizations
Manage supplier inputs, and develop internal documentations
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience OR
Master's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience
Proficient in the CREO, Zuken, Missile harnessing approaches, missile architecture, and integration.
Proficient in printed wiring board (PWB), circuit card assembly (CCA) design and cable harnesses
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Electro-mechanical design and packaging background
Familiarity with CAMEO would be a plus.
Active Secret Clearance is preferred but not required OR
Must have the ability to obtain secret clearance.
