Location: Orem, UT, On-Site

Shift: Full-Time

Compensation: $20 - $25 DOE

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Survey Quality Specialist to join our team. This role is integral in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our site survey processes while also providing hands-on training and mentorship to our site surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement & Training (30%): Develop, refine, and implement new processes while conducting and creating training to enhance overall team performance.

  • Survey Review & Feedback (50%): Evaluate site surveys and resurveys, providing constructive feedback and targeted training through Microsoft Teams calls and written reports.

  • Field Training & Travel (20%): Conduct in-person training and site visits to reinforce best practices and ensure adherence to company standards.

Expectations:

  • Review site surveys, provide feedback, and assign relevant training.

  • Engage in cross-training with the Design department to maintain proficiency.

  • Maintain a 95% first-pass yield for site surveys.

  • Identify and recommend corrective actions for process inefficiencies.

  • Recommend Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming site surveyors.

Qualifications:

  • Six to nine months of experience minimum in related roles.

  • Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and alignment with company values.

  • Experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Some experience with data analytics is preferred but not required.

  • PV design knowledge is a huge plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
