Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Contracts Analyst will be under the general direction and supervision of the IT Vendor Management Office, with the opportunity to exercise independent initiative and judgment. This candidate will assist with all aspects of the procurement process from reviewing contract documents, to preparing purchases, to monitoring invoices and following up on payment status requests from vendors. He or she will also participate in budgetary planning, reviewing operating costs and, developing and maintaining budget reports for the Corporation's Information Systems projects as necessary.The AP Contracts Analyst will be the escalation representative of the IT Contracts team and assist with the 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders and receipt acknowledgments for contracts to ensure we have received the goods/services and are being properly invoiced. This individual is responsible for looking at invoices with partial billing issues, overages, travel expense issues, etc. and reconcile any issues as needed. They will also coordinate with corporate Accounts Payable, Procurement, Leadership and offshore teams, exercising good communication skills.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields is required.
General knowledge of computer and communication capabilities, HIS applications, systems analysis methodology, data management and information retrieval techniques.
Three years of relevant work experience in a Healthcare IT organization.
Experience working in a health care setting and/or services organization.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present large amounts of data in an executive level format.
Strong ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate solutions.
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint and MS Visio as well as PPM tools.
Excellent attention to detail, follow-through and organizational skills.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $30.00 to $36.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
