What you will do: 0.9-1.0 FTE=36-40 hours/week (you pick!) Work Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays 8-hour shifts: 7:30am-5pm Care for adult patients by performing telephone triage, anticoagulation management, and nurse only visits (Patient teaching, Wound Care, Medication Agreements, and more!) Triage or resolves operational issues that arise on a shift. Serve as a resource for staff in clinical, interpersonal and operational matters. Assist with the resolution of patient and family concerns. Coordinate patient flow and access to care and serve as a point of contact for staffing issues (sick calls, etc).
