General Production Worker
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker and engage in various manufacturing processes including screen printing, packaging, machine operation, and inspection.
You will be responsible for adding paint for screen printing machines, ensuring packages are sealed and labeled correctly, operating machines for punching or cutting parts, and inspecting finished products for defects before they proceed to packaging or shipping.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Onalaska, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
Choose between two shifts: 1st Shift from 7am to 3:30pm at $16 per hour, and 2nd Shift from 3pm to 12am at $16.50 per hour. Our work environment is not climate-controlled but remains comfortable. We pride ourselves on a diverse workforce with a family feel. Our team size ranges between 50-60 people per shift working in close proximity. Dress code is casual with shorts, shirts, and close-toed shoes allowed.
