Responsibilities

  • Manages project schedules, budgets, and/or resources as well as coordinating communication between team members and stakeholders

  • Independently collect, analyze, and present data to leadership using various tools and techniques.

  • Finalize presentations and agendas for meetings

  • Use data findings to help solve operational barriers and implement improved workflows.

  • Support multiple providers and or departments by managing ongoing projects directly impacting operations and KPIs

  • Manage schedules regarding (but not limited to) provider call and new hire training schedules

  • Schedule & lead meetings and/or training sessions for front line workers and/or clinic leadership

  • Coordinate new or ongoing clinic projects, programs, and/or grants

  • Resolves issues upon request relating to but not limited to IT, onboarding, and/or scheduling conflicts

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

Associates degree in management or healthcare related field or 1-2 years’ experience managing projects of varying size and complexity

Required Licensure and Certifications

None

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training

  • Demonstrates strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel or google versions)

  • Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills.

  • Proven track record in project management; implementation from concept to execution is highly desirable.

  • Excellent problem solving skills desirable.

  • Self-motivated with a focus on process-improvement preferred.

Pay Range

$17.04 - $23.43 /hour
