Robert Half Leasing Sales Manager in Omaha, Nebraska

Description

We are on the hunt for a Leasing Sales Manager in the Property Management/Real Estate Leasing industry, located in Omaha. NE, offering an exciting opportunity. This role is pivotal to our operation, with key responsibilities including designing and implementing sales strategies, hands-on management of leasing staff, and overall oversight of leasing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement dynamic sales strategies that exceed occupancy targets and revenue milestones

• Take a hands-on approach to managing leasing staff, ensuring alignment with company values and business techniques

• Foster a culture of accountability and ownership among team members

• Communicate clear expectations, supervise, and provide timely performance feedback

• Lead training and development for team members through coaching, motivating, and mentoring

• Increase the efficiency of leasing operations and ensure procedures and processes meet business requirements

• Create a positive experience for prospects and residents

• Perform leasing and other assigned duties as needed

• Ensure all operations comply with company standards, fair housing regulations, and other relevant laws

• Utilize CRM, Cloud Technologies, ERP, and other database systems to ensure efficient responses and scheduling

Skills:

• Proficiency with CRM, Cloud Technologies, Database, ERP, and other relevant systems

• Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service roles

• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information

• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel to all properties within a given region as needed.

Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Managing Director role or similar senior leadership position.

• Demonstrable proficiency in Cloud Technologies.

• Solid understanding and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Ability to navigate and manage databases effectively.

• Experience with EO/IR systems.

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software.

• Experience in handling Accounting Functions.

• Knowledge of Budget Processes and ability to manage them effectively.

• Proven track record in Business Development.

• Experience in Capital Management.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to strategize and implement business plans.

• Ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
