Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Olympia, Washington. In this role, you will be an essential part of our team, working in the industry, where your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, handling payments, and working closely with clients. Your detail-oriented nature will be crucial in going through invoices, ensuring timely processing, and collaborating with staff on approvals.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Oversee and manage payments, including cancellation of checks when necessary
• Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Review invoices with a keen eye for detail
• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with staff to get approvals on various processes
• Ensure deposits are managed appropriately
• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP for efficient workflow
• Perform various accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct auditing and billing functions as required
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven skills in Auditing
• Ability to handle Billing Functions
• Excellent Customer Service skills
