New York State Job Bank Class A CDL Driver (Union) in Olean, New York
operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (semi-truck/eighteen-wheeler/box truck, etc), applying knowledge of training and commercial driving regulations, to transport and safely deliver product Driver will load and unload (ambient or temperature sensitive) product to customers on an average of 3-10 stops per day Driver will inspect, document, and ensure equipment is operable in compliance with all regulatory and company requirements Inspect equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements All other duties as assigned Travel Required: Yes Environment Store : Freezer (-20F to 0F) Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F) Warehouse : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F) Skills Specialized Knowledge : DOT Certified, Class A Commercial Driver's License Special Skills : Must be at least 21 years old Physical abilities: : Valid Department Of Transportation Physical Exam. Other: : Must be DOT certified with all qualification requirements Enjoy working with people. : Quality and customer-service focused. Comply with FMCSR/DOT/Company policies and procedures : Years Of Experience 1-2 : Recent tractor-trailer experience. 1-2 : Supporting a large Enterprise Storage environment. 1-2 : One year of recent applicable CMV experience or participation/completion of a company-approved CDL truck driving school
