GKN Automotive Product Development Engineer – Implementation & Sustainability (m/f/d) in Oleśnica, Poland
Responsibilities:
Drive and accompany implementation of standard LSM products
Select and approve SeaSys for allocated OEM programs (ARSSA)
Lead Root Cause Analysis for LSM product related field returns, shortfalls in validations or other concerns
Provide specific LSM expertise for and in negotiations with OEMs
Supply technical assessments & evaluations for local functions like quality, manufacturing engineering, purchasing and SQA
Lead development of Customized Sealing Systems
Coordinate the technical release (e.g. B4) of allocated VA/VE activities
Conduct training on LSM products for e.g. Application Engineering
Conduct benchmarking for competitor products
Reporting
Direct: Product Development Manager LSM GPPC - product implementation and Sustainability in GKN LOH
Matrix: into site engineering
Capabilities:
Experienced in development of parts in the Automotive industry
Sound background in plastic manufacturing and processing
Buisiness fluent English language
Good networking within and outside GKN organisation
Good knowledge on GKN processes, standards and WOW
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
Experience
Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
