Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a seasoned VP of Human Resources in the manufacturing industry, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This senior executive role involves strategic oversight of all human capital programs and policies, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and fostering a positive work culture. The HR Director will play a critical role in shaping the company's People and Culture, Learning and Development, and Organizational Development strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives

• Serve as a strategic partner, aligning human capital programs and policies with company vision

• Foster a positive work culture to enhance employee engagement and productivity

• Direct oversight of People and Culture, Learning and Development, and Organizational Development sectors

• Oversee benefit functions and compensation administration to ensure fairness and compliance

• Maintain effective employee relations and address any issues that may arise

• Utilize SPHR skills to drive HR Leadership within the company

• Collaborate with C-Suite executives on strategic planning and decision making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role or in the Human Resources field

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and dealing with issues related to this area

• Experience working with or reporting to the C-Suite

• SPHR certification is required

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in line with business goals

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases

• Familiarity with HR metrics and ability to use these metrics to make informed decisions

• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, a master’s degree will be a plus.
