CACI is seeking a skilled Documentum ECM Administrator to oversee the technical administration of OpenText's Documentum software suite in our enterprise hybrid Linux/Windows environment. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our content management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, use, and configure Documentum application with JMS (Java Method Server) instances in a HA (High Availability) environment, ACS (Accelerated Content Services), BOCS (Branch Office Caching Services), and DMS (Documentum Messaging Services) Servers.
Responsible for configuring role-based administration and authentications, configuring privileged clients, configuring/use of Java Method Server (JMS) and dmbasic Method Server, and Perform Object Replication.
Deploy, maintain, use, and manage the following in the Documentum application: users and groups, content storage areas, data visualization reports, index server and index agents, resource agents, audit trails, job sequences, and MACL (Mandatory Access Control List) feature.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Documentum solutions with business needs.
Oversee data migration and content replication processes.
Maintain and upgrade system infrastructure to ensure security and efficiency
Develop and implement best practices for system usage and maintenance.
Provide expert-level support and training to team members and end-users
Conduct root cause analyses and implement preventative measures.
Manage multi-tier application environments (Development, UAT, Production).
Execute application code changes while adhering to strict change control procedures.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Monitor system performance and generate data visualization reports.
Ensure compliance with SLAs through diligent ticket management.
Liaise with third-party vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
Additional responsibilities:
Conduct regular system audits and security assessments.
Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Participate in strategic planning for content management infrastructure.
Explore and recommend emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.
Contribute to the development of company-wide ECM policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of related work experience
Documentum D2 certification or extensive experience
Proficiency in database administration (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with RedHat Linux, Kubernetes, or AWS EKS
Desired Skills:
Cloud computing expertise (AWS/Azure)
Experience with SCOM, SCCM, SCORCH, and Splunk
Containerized application deployment and support
Microsoft System Administration, IIS, and Windows Security proficiency

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
