Jasco is looking for a Consumer Care Tech Specialistthat wants to go above and beyond for our customers!
Shift is 11:00am-8:00pm, Monday through Friday.
\$16.50-\$17.00 per hour (\$0.50 evening differential)
- Consumer Care Tech Specialists serve our customers with excellence by striving to always exceed expectations while providing technical support for our products.
- In this role you will handle phone calls from customers and help troubleshoot problems, answer general questions, and resolve all other consumer issues.
- As a specialist you will receive training on all Jascos products; including things such as universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation devices.
- Consumer Care Specialists also act as a platform for customers to give feedback about our products and help make improvements to products, packaging, and manuals.

Qualifications

- Previous customer service/call center experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of consumer electronics is desired.
- Competency in a Microsoft Windows computer environment desired.
- Must be able to lift and carry products, chairs, returns, and office supplies as needed.
