JOB OVERVIEW

Which is why we’re searching for a new Restaurant Server confident in delivering unforgettable experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service from starter to dessert and beyond.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides customer service in accordance to standard operating procedures

• Clears and sets up tables

• Anticipates guests needs by following service behavior

• Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up

• Assists in the maintenance of service equipment

• Monitor standards of guest facilities and services

• Control stock and monitor security procedures

• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, side stations

• Perform any reasonable tasks as instructed by Manager

• Report to superior any damaged / defective equipment

• Work carefully to minimize breakage

業務内容

• 標準的な業務手順に従い、顧客サービスを提供する

• テーブルの片付けとセッティング

• 接客をしながからゲストのニーズを予測する

• シフト中のすべてのクレームを解決するよう努力し、ログブックに記録する。

• サービス用具のメンテナンスをアシストする

• ゲストの設備とサービスの水準を監視する

• 在庫を管理し、セキュリティ手順を監視する

• アウトレット、サイドステーションの清潔を保つ

• マネージャーの指示に従い、妥当な業務を遂行する

• 備品に破損や欠陥がある場合は、上長に報告すること

• 破損を最小限に抑えるために慎重に作業する
