This includes professional services, design, engineering, system architecture, installation, monitoring, solutioning, etc. Our customers are widespread agencies in the public sector and intelligence communities.

AT&T has an opening for a Desktop Support Tier II Administrative Support Assistant to support Consular Affairs within Department of State in Washington, D.C. on a 10-year contract supporting business units in areas such as network support, engineering, professional services, operations & logistics, and management of daily requirements by government project managers, directors, etc.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support Consular Affairs and act as AT&T’s primary point of contact for designated area and/or Director Support.

  • Support IT Asset Management program including laptops, cell phones, iPads, etc. as needed following Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Resolve issues in a timely manner, exercising judgment and in keeping with contractual requirements, AT&T policy, government rules and regulations.

  • Desktop support management including but not limited to software applications, desktop support, phone support, etc.

  • Use government approved applications, including tools, features, and functionality, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, etc.

  • Report, contribute to weekly/monthly reports as needed. Ad-hoc reports are anticipated based on assignments.

Required Clearance

Secret (#secret)

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience DOS Consular Affairs or a Federal Agency in a support role

  • 3+ years of work in an IT related field

  • Strong organizational, and multi-tasking skills

  • Must be able to work independently and as a collaborative member of the team.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Telecommunications experience

  • IT Asset Management Software Experience

Our Desktop Support Tier II Administrative Support Assistant's earn between $100,000 - $108,0. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
