Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleYou will support the Solventum Health Care Service Center's Quality Management System (QMS) requirements by performing incoming inspections and maintaining the calibrated measurement equipment utilized by both depot repair and field service technicians. This involves creating supplier corrective action requests and supporting the non-conforming material process. You will also support other QMS processes at the site as assigned including assisting with CAPAs, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.As a Quality Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Leads the organization in ensuring quality in service parts.Implements improvements in incoming inspection procedures.Determines best practices for optimizing management of calibrated equipmentSupports QMS processes across the siteYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/GED AND three to five years of related job experience required in a private, public, government or military environmentANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also requiredSix to eighteen months of post high school specialized trade, equivalent job skills training, or an apprenticeship programAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:ASQ Certification as a Quality Technician or equivalentAbility to work independently, critical thinking, write reports and excellent communication skillsWorking knowledge of Mircrosoft Office suite applicationsFamiliar with current Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 13485:2016Work location: Onsite Oakdale, MN (Health Care Service Center)Travel: May include up to 10%Relocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
