Job Duties
- Technical Architecture, process and change management, RCA preparation
- Expert in defining infrastructure architecture and managing complex IT environments.
- Coordinate with other IT departments and business stakeholders on technology deployments, system upgrades and maintenance outages. Communicate maintenance schedules, operational issues and impacts to IT management and business users.
- Develop, implement, and continually refine and improve Operations, guide support teams, troubleshooting procedures, standards, and policies to conform to best practices and SLAs.
- Encourage communication of innovative ideas, solutions, suggestions, and problems. Review for appropriate action or implementation.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to fulfil the delivery expectation.
- Manage & Perform changes related to DR, Data center moves, Capacity management, etc. on Wintel platforms.
- Lead and mentor technical engineers.
Skill Set
- Operating Systems: MS Windows Server 2003 - 2019
- Tools Services: Active Directory Domain Services (incl. WSUS, DHCP, DNS, GPO, DFS, AD LDS), NFS, SMB, sFTP, Print Services, Terminal Services
- Methodologies: ITIL, ITSM
- Cloud Services: AWS, VMware vSphere, Azure
