As PROJECT DIRECTOR/DESIGNER for Exscape Designs, you will oversee business development and sales management of new and existing customers to reach company revenue goals. You will create accurate and innovative designs and details through consultations and direction of clients and personnel. You will evaluate and produce accurate estimates of jobs within the established company profit margins. You will work with all other managers and team members to assure company reaches or exceeds its strategic objective. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of landscape/hardscape design and estimating with a background in sales. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Invent creative and practical landscape designs which solve our customers problems through utilization of design software.
- Prospect, lead development process, and sell
- Manage your own pipelines, backlog, in progress and completed work
- Estimating of Design/Build outdoor living projects
- Define project scope, acquire bids and approve all invoices from subcontractors
- Responsible for being the customer liaison throughout the design build process and ability to tactfully communicate the construction process to clientele
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of projects to ensure timeliness, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Schedule and perform 30-day, 6-month and one-year follow ups with Design/Build customers
- Conduct weekly site visits on projects, monitoring subs, quality and schedule

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; three - five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Landscape Architecture Degree is a plus.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of the following software: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, proficient in all programs of Microsoft Office 365.
Knowledge of Aspire ERP program is a plus.
Registered Landscape Architect is a plus but not required
