Truck Driver- (Class B)- Full Time, \$25-30/hr COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Greenstone Development Inc.originally Caloiaro Construction. \"I am a family owned business that has the ability to build homes and truck materials in the Worcester County area or where the job might be. I am a corporation. I have grown up around heavy equipment and construction sites since I was a child . I have been in business since 1971 and ran an oil company since 1987 until present. I am located in Rutland, MA 01543. I am eager to keep my trucks on the road and providing the great service my clients expect. My target market would be towards larger asphalt companies such as Granger Lynch, P.J. Keating and other contractors in my area that I personally know. Most of my jobs are during the day but could require some nights depending on the job. I truck loam, mulch, stone, gravel, dirt, sand, and asphalt.\" PRIMARY PRODUCT OR SERVICE: Materials such as gravel, loam, stone, sand, and asphalt will be loaded on to the truck to be delivered and unloaded at the job site. TOTAL HOURS/WEEK: 30-45 JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY : Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil ,water, fluids and perform pre and post inspections. Responsible for the condition of truck; keep truck clean and in good working order. Inspect material to ensure it has been loaded correctly and is secure. Driver must be able to identify materials to ensure correct product is being hauled. Driver will show professionalism, approach others in a tactful manner, react well under pressure, treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position, accept responsibility for own actions, and follow through on commitments. Maintain driver log, timecards, and required paperwork. Driver is responsible for setting own brakes. Driver is expected to grease their truck. Driver must follow OSHA regulations. Driver must follow shop rules, keep shop clean, swept, tools picked up, and spills cleaned up while working in shop. Must have current CDL class B and DOT medical card and be DOT compliant at all times. Must have basic computer skills.
