Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist sites with inventories; Maintain equipment transfer and process flow; Handle credits as needed; Handle process for lost/damaged equipment; Update job knowledge as needed; Contributes to team effort.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist company sites with equipment/product inventories such as tracking and recording per company policies and procedures; confer with the site personnel to ensure accuracy; maintain and monitor equipment transfers and process flow through current system used; handle customer/vendor credits as needed with proper justification.

• Execute management of several projects contemporaneously, providing spreadsheet status reports to the customer.

• Meet frequently with both customers and on-site technicians to maintain customer satisfaction and deliver quality service.

• Updates job knowledge by participating in required training; attend training sessions to maintain current knowledge; pursuing development opportunities, striving to continuously build knowledge and skills.

• Accomplish company and organizational mission by contributing to team effort and handling other duties as assigned assisting in the overall success of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must provide excellent customer service and phone skills including the ability to address customer needs effectively.

• Competently analyzes data and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.

• Must have good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Excel/Word.

• Exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people.

• Must have a good work ethic and detail-oriented; must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Ability to problem solve; meet deadlines and set priorities while working independently.

• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Ability to manage projects from conception to completion, providing documentation throughout the process.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
