Cramer Account Manager in Norwood, Massachusetts

Cramer Account Managers are go-getters who understand Cramer’s business and can effectively manage expectations to provide a great client experience. They are solid on process and ensure delivery of stated objectives established by our clients and internal teams.
Account Managers work with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Technical, Operations and Production to ensure client objectives are met. They must have solid client management skills, comfort with presenting and running meetings, and the ability to manage the day-to-day business within a diverse client portfolio.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Norwood, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage up to 8 client relationships
Represent the voice of the client in all internal discussions
Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering loyalty, by effectively onboarding clients, and uncovering their preferences/expectations to set project teams up for success
Identify potential roadblocks and partner with manager to course correct proactively
Ensure the final deliverables meet the quality, objectives and expectations of the agency and the client
Own all account financials including contracts, budgets, change orders, and invoices.
Accurately communicate revenue expectations and predications to internal teams
Develop an understanding of the client’s business/industry and Cramer’s industry
Lead proposals with support from manager
Manage forecasting and accurately communicate to leadership
Monitor industry trends and client activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Own project kickoff, reconciliation and debrief meetings both internally and with client, developing remediation plans when necessary.
Requirements
At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in an agency environment. Experience with experiential, strategy or production is highly regarded.
Excellent organizational, time management, communication and client management skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Experience with CRM systems.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Analytical thinker, capable of using creative problem-solving skills
