Our client is on the forefront of healthcare change turning their innovative science into value for patients across the globe. We are currently looking for a Communications Project Coordinator to join their team in Northbrook. As the Communications Project Coordinator you will play a vital role in collaborating with various cross-functional teams, including Corporate Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and other members of the Speaker Program Operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and execution of speaker programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies. If you have at least 5 years of experience working as a Communications Project Coordinator in the Pharma Industry then this is the role for you.

salary: $62 - $64.29 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

As a Communications Project Coordinator, Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with Corporate Compliance and Speaker Program Operations to support monitoring and transparency initiatives related to speaker program management.

  • Administer speaker program processes and system training in alignment with Corporate Compliance for sales, marketing, health systems, and external vendors.

  • Assist in the speaker bureau contracting process for approximately 7 speaker bureaus across the company.

  • Prepare presentations for the speaker program team to deliver to various internal partners.

  • Manage field inquiries, general email inbox, and voicemail, ensuring proper direction by closely working with compliance, legal, and SPO team members.

  • Lead assigned projects, develop timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

  • Draft communications and route them through the approval process.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing of platforms, identify system bugs, and report them for resolution.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.

  • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, particularly within the healthcare industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
