We are hiring Bartenders for a client in Northampton MA. The successful candidate will need to be an awesome team player and provided excellent customer service. Responsibilities of the Bartender: Prepared a wide selection of mixed drinks and beverages for bar customers. Maintained a clean and organized bar area. Kept the inventory well-stocked by anticipating demand based on seasonality and local events. Bartenders must adhere to the college\'s policies, including refusing service to anyone at any time and prohibiting the serving of shots, doubles, or martinis. Requirements of the Bartender: Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. TIPs Certification.
